I've started running with Lily (dog) at night. I've only been doing it for about a week, and I can easily run 2 miles now which isn't very surprising I suppose. I've found a 3 mile loop I'll start taking soon. I'd run longer, but I doubt Lily will be able to run for much longer than 3 miles.

House is good. Job is ok. Life is good.

Ordered a wallmount arm for my TV which should be showing up any day now. My stereo system randomly shuts off when there's "too much" input or output. It's very strange. Seems like there's probably a bad circuit that gets overloaded when the volumne (in or out) is too high. I should see if I can warranty it, if not, get a new one.

a good loop: run down fruitdale, cross over and keep going past the hospital, turn right when it T's, that'll bring you to winchester, turn right towards bascom, turn left on fruitdale, and you're back. i need to come over and see lily sometime soon <3

Boredom (many things are automated now), tired of dealing with people who refuse to read docs, tired of getting useless features from developers when we have a growing list of things-we-need-now, etc. Basically the same thing that will happen over time anywhere there's sysadmins with internal customers and developers. (Sound like open source, where developers ignore everyone but themselves). The above is an overstatement, but maybe it lays the picture out.

I need to find a new group to work in that doesn't make me hate people more than I already do ;)
